The service

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and comply with Chrome Web Store and applicable laws. You are responsible for activity under your subscription and for keeping access credentials secure.
Subscriptions and billing
Promptly Pro is offered at $10/month unless otherwise stated at checkout. Payments are processed by RollyPay. By purchasing, you authorize recurring charges for the selected plan until canceled according to the provider’s and these Terms’ cancellation rules.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse Promptly to break the law or others’ rights
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse rate limits of the service
- Do not submit content you are not allowed to process with third-party AI providers
- Do not use Promptly to generate or distribute harmful or fraudulent content
AI outputs
AI responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them. Promptly is not a substitute for professional advice.
Intellectual property
Promptly, its branding, and the website content are owned by us or our licensors. You retain rights to content you submit, and you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service.
